Methods of Payment:
Let’s Capture Your Memories accepts paypal, e-transfers and Canadian postal money order accepted.  Personal checks not accepted.
For local consumers, cash will be accepted on delivery or pick up.

Condition of Sale:
All products are taxable.  All prices are in Canadian dollars.  All prices are subject to change.  All price changes are posted on this site.  The price you pay is the price posted at the time of purchase.

Returns and Exchange:
We do accept refunds within fourteen (14) days from the date your item was received as long as the packaging is still in tact and it looks like new and has not been opened or used.  There are no refunds or exchange on sale merchandise.  No refunds will be given on any shipping costs.  We do not refund or exchange paper, stickers, books, pens and CD’s.  All products, regular or damaged in transit, must be returned to Let’s Capture Our Memories at your expense.  Items damaged in transit will either be replaced or credited at your discretion.

Correction or Cancellation of your order:
Any correction or cancellation to your order must be made within 12 hours of its posting.

Special Orders:
Special orders are welcome if the product is available from the manufacturer.  A 50% deposit must be given at the time of the order and will be non-refundable.  Once your order is in you will be contacted by phone or email for delivery or pick up arrangements will be made.  Once the order is in you must pay the balance owing plus the shipping (if applicable).
